About Doubl-Kold

Founded in 1978, Doubl-Kold, Inc. began as an Industrial Refrigeration Contractor and evolved into Northwest Refrigeration Contractors dba Doubl-Kold in 1998 after a purchase by a group of employees. Since then, the company has become a leader in the refrigeration industry by consistently expanding services and incorporating cutting-edge technologies, such as the .Net system for enhanced computer controls.

Our in-house Controls Department, unique in the Pacific Northwest, began in the early 1980s and has continued to push technological boundaries, serving clients across North America and internationally.

In 1999, we established an Engineering Department that now boasts a team of skilled professional engineers working on a variety of projects worldwide, from controlled atmosphere rooms in the fruit industry to ammonia regulation programs.
