Parts Department

Serving the industry since 1978, our team takes pride in having the opportunity to work closely with our customers and partners to assist in their industrial refrigeration needs. We put time into designing systems with the most reliable and economical installation and functionality. With access to a service department, part sales, and custom system design/install all in-house, we are always working to improve how we can serve the community.

Our Parts Department

Our parts department personnel serve as the direct line to fulfill our customers’ needs. Regardless of the installation, we can always order or pull from the Doubl-Kold in-house inventory to replace individual parts. From pricing to pick-up, our part salesman will assist every step along the way.

At Doubl-Kold we care about connecting with others through more than emails and phone calls. Our sales representatives travel regularly to have in-person discussions about future projects and the goals of the company. We value the opportunity of getting to work closely with our customers and watching their success grow!

Doubl-Kold also takes chances through advancing into new technology of this century. We give our customers the opportunity to simply text a part number to our sales staff to get it ordered. We know that the food storage and packing industry is fast paced and always moving, so our staff makes it easy to receive help from multiple different platforms.
